The Chi-square smartcard can be partitioned into a Driver’s License, Voter’s ID, Passport, Medical Record, biometric ID, National ID or Military ID accessible only by the appropriate authority. So a border crossing agent would only see the Passport and in his/her native language, a policeman would see the driver’s license, a doctor the medical record, a pharmacist would see the list of meds, allergies and limited laboratory data not your HIV status. This is called role based dual access security.
