Mr. Payne has more than 30 years experience in both international and domestic arenas. His work revolves around structuring start up companies and revamping the structure of struggling firms that need start-up or turn around expertise. Mr. Payne has done business throughout the world, in the UK, Middle East, Europe, Asia South America and southern Africa. He is regularly asked to speak at forums pertaining to doing business abroad. He served as an Infantry officer in the VietNam War with the 4th Infantry Division in II Corps. Mr. Payne's spare time is spent assisting homeless VietNam veterans and mentoring young people interested in international business. His academic undergraduate and graduate studies include Business, Economics and Political Science from Morehead State University and Vanderbilt University.
